A consultation requires the original blurb and consists of written-out recommendations. This is more detailed than recommendations in a rework, but no work on the blurb itself will occur.

A rework is done off of a summary of your choosing, e.g. written or voice-clipped synopsis, and the original blurb. The word usage and sentence/paragraph structure will be tweaked and more detailed recommendations will be given but not completed. 

If this service is initially booked but a rewrite is needed, the author will be contacted. There is no cancellation fee for refusing the adjustment.

A rewrite requires the same information as a rework. Instead of minor tweaks, the original blurb is used as a base for the new blurb. Portions of the original may be used, certain lines may be integrated upon request, and paragraph structure may remain or be changed.

A full write is done off of a summary of your choosing, e.g. written or voice-clipped synopsis. The original blurb may be provided, but it is there for reference and minimal to no pulling. 

As stated, each booking can cover three blurbs. The first blurb is full price, but the second and third come with a 15% discount. This only occurs if two or three blurbs are requested at the same time.

A rush fee will be added if the blurb is needed within three days of initial contact. To make it easily known, we will consider this to be 72 hours from my acceptance. This is per blurb.

This package includes reading the entirety of your book, pulling/checking tropes, genres, and content warnings for marketing purposes, and creating the final blurb product as described above.

Price breakdown: $15 for every 10k rounded accordingly plus the price of the chosen blurb package(rework, rewrite, or full write).

This package is not eligible for discount pricing or rush services. The timeframe will be discussed, but three weeks is the minimum.

50% is due upon booking.

During the working period, if the author decides to not move forward with the service, 50% of the original quoted price will be invoiced.

Basic formatting covers consultation; up to 40 chapters; ARC, eBook, and print copies (epub and PDF); continuing edits for errors and the Also By section; and ornamental break and single chapter image.

Basic Package but higher than 40 chapters. Every 15 chapters will accrue an additional charge.

A singular chapter image such as a logo is covered in the Basic Package. This is a unique chapter image per chapter, such as an image depicting the chapter number. Covers up to 30 chapters. Additional chapters are as follows: $5 for every 5 chapters above 30, rounded down. These are provided by the author unless otherwise agreed upon.

Under Construction

This discount will be applied for the second and on books for a series as long as the same theme (base formatting) is used in subsequent books. This only applies to the Basic Package and Basic Package PLUS. Add-ons do not qualify for discounts.

A rush fee will be added if the final formatted piece is needed within seven days of initial contact. To make it easily known, we will consider this to be day-to-day. Ex. If acceptance is on Monday, the fee will be added if needed sooner than the following Monday; and so on.

Under Construction

During the working period, if the author decides to not move forward with the service, 50% of the original quoted price will be invoiced.
